The decaffeinating agent is ethyl acetate derived from sugar cane, making it distinctive from other water-processing methods. Not surprisingly the resulting coffee is a sweet and full-bodied rendering of fine Caturra and Castillo varietals. This offering popped out on the cupping table recently and we had to have it!. As always with our decafs, you'll think you're drinking caffeinated coffee!
